Can I bundle multiple services together?
Yes — that's the whole idea. The quote form lets you add every service you need in one pass, and combining visits saves you money: one truck roll, one crew, one invoice. Gutter cleaning + window washing, spring cleanup + pressure washing, snow removal + holiday lights — mix and match freely.
How fast can you get here?
Standard bookings are typically scheduled within 3–7 days. Storm-day snow service and urgent jobs (a clogged gutter before a freeze, junk before a move) jump the queue. The AI assistant on this site can book a callback and slot 24/7 — even at 2 a.m.
Are you insured?
Yes. Every service partner on the Total Care network carries liability insurance for the work they perform, and workmanship is backed by the Total Care standard — if something isn't right, we make it right.
Do I need to be home for the work?
For most exterior services (mowing, snow clearing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning) you don't need to be home as long as we have access. For interior work like house cleaning we'll arrange entry that suits you — key, lockbox, or someone home. You'll get a confirmation before and a photo summary after.
What happens if it rains or snows on my booking day?
We rebook you automatically at the next available slot — you don't chase anyone. Weather is a fact of life in Nova Scotia; our scheduling is built around it. Snow contracts, of course, run on the weather itself: we clear during and after storms, all season.
How does the snow contract work?
Seasonal contracts (roughly December through March) cover unlimited clearing of your driveway and walkways through the storms of the winter — no per-storm billing, no calling around. We monitor forecasts, clear during and after each event, and manage ice with salt on slopes and walkways. Per-push and commercial route pricing is also available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex, plus Interac e-Transfer. Recurring services (mowing, cleaning, snow) are billed automatically to your card on a simple monthly plan — one invoice, no paperwork.
