Total Care Solutions (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through totalcaresolutions.ca, why, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short and plain.

  • Quote and contact details — name, email, phone, postal code, property type, service selections, timing preferences, and any notes you choose to send us through the quote form, contact form, voice assistant, or FAQ chat.
  • Usage analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate page analytics (no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles).
  • Chat and call transcripts — conversations with our AI voice assistant and FAQ bot are logged to improve the service and for quality assurance. Do not share sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) in chat or on calls.

How we use it

  • To prepare and deliver your quote, booking, or callback.
  • To provide and improve our services, website, and AI assistants.
  • To send service-related updates you asked for (e.g., seasonal reminders tied to a booking). You can unsubscribe from any list at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing [email protected].

We do not sell your personal information. Full stop.

Who sees it

Your request is shared only with the internal team and the vetted, insured service partner assigned to serve your area — and only what they need to deliver the work you asked for.

AI systems

Our voice assistant and FAQ bot are AI systems operated by AIQ Labs (our parent company, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia). Their job is quoting, scheduling, and answering questions — not closing contracts on your behalf. Anything they book is confirmed by a human before work begins.

Cookies & storage

We use minimal, functional storage: a locally stored visitor ID that links your chat and call sessions so the assistant remembers the conversation, and standard privacy-friendly analytics cookies. No third-party ad cookies.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may also contact the appropriate privacy authority.
